The Benefits of the Carnivore Diet

I have been on the Carnivore Diet for over 2 years. I went carnivore to improve my allergies, because there are a lot of cross reactions between trees, grass, ragweed, and even latex with a ton of different plants! 


Benefits I’ve noticed from the Carnivore Diet: 

My Raynaud’s disease is gone! No more wearing 2-6 pairs of socks!

I’m off of all of my ADHD medicine.

Off of 2 acne medications! 

My Skin doesn't get all itchy!

I have more stable energy.

Sleep better

Better mood less depressed and anxious.

Way less cravings especially for sugar.

Skin is clearer 

Don’t need a bunch of supplements.

Grocery shopping is simpler

Less inflammation

My hip dysplasia has not swollen up even though I set an all time personal record at my powerlifting competition and state records.

Barely need any deodorant. Now natural stuff works!

Started my small business Graceful Tallow. I sell tallow skincare, makeup, deodorant, carnivore T-shirts, funny mugs, pro gun stuff, hoodies, stickers, tote bags, and more! 

Who would have thought that eating beef, washing my face with tallow soap, and moisturizing with tallow would be better for my acne and skin in general!? I used to be on two acne medications and now praise God I don’t need them!
